1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AudioGate.I/O ("AudioGate", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. AudioGate may revise these terms from time to time. If you continue to use the Service after changes are posted, it will mean that you accept those changes.
2. Description of Service
AudioGate is a browser-based WebRTC audio studio platform that enables real-time audio broadcasting, recording, and collaboration. The Service includes the web application, signaling servers, TURN/STUN relay infrastructure, and associated APIs. The materials on this site are provided for informational and functional purposes. Your use and browsing of this site is at your own risk.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Studio Day Pass: one-time payment of $9 for 26 hours of full access
- Studio Monthly: $19/month, auto-renewing, cancel anytime
- Studio Annual: $209/year, auto-renewing, cancel anytime
- Enterprise: custom pricing per agreement
All payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@audiogate.tech. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials on this site, including but not limited to artwork, graphics, audio clips, text, and trademarks, are the sole property of AudioGate.I/O or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, republish, transmit, or otherwise use the content of our site without prior written authorization. If you download software from the site, the software is licensed to you — AudioGate does not transfer title. You may not redistribute, sell, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the software to a human-perceivable form.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to transmit illegal content
- Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or threatening
- Infringe any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Use the Service to record participants without their knowledge or consent
- Resell access to the Service without written authorization
- Use the Service to distribute viruses, corrupted files, or other harmful materials
- Advertise or solicit funds or sales of goods or services through the platform
7. Content & Recordings
You retain full ownership of all audio, video, and other content you create or transmit through AudioGate. We do not claim any rights to your content. Per-track WAV recordings are stored locally on your device — we do not access, store, or process your recordings on our servers. The copyright for any material created by you remains solely yours.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AudioGate depends on WebRTC, internet connectivity, and third-party infrastructure. We are not liable for interruptions caused by network conditions, browser compatibility issues, or factors outside our control. AudioGate reserves the right to extend, change, or partially or completely discontinue the Service without separate announcement.
9. External Links
AudioGate has not reviewed all sites linked to from this platform and is not responsible for the content of any external sites. Such linked sites are provided for your convenience and you access them at your own risk. That another website is linked from our platform does not constitute endorsement of its owner, content, or services.
10. Limitation of Liability
AudioGate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. AudioGate does not warrant that the functions of the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the platform or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, recordings, or revenue. You assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction. Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability, so the above may not apply to you.
11. Code of Conduct
AudioGate respects the rules and principles contained in national and international legislation concerning human rights. No discriminatory behavior is permitted on the basis of ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, economic situation, education, origin, disability, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, political beliefs, or any other protected characteristic.
12. Termination
You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and the right to deny any user access to the platform without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law & Severability
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings. Whenever possible, each provision of these Terms shall be interpreted to be effective and valid under applicable law, but if any provision is deemed invalid, such provision shall be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity without invalidating the remaining provisions.
This is the entire agreement between you and AudioGate relating to your use of the Service. These Terms may not be modified by you unless agreed to in a written document signed by AudioGate.
