Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
AudioGate.I/O ("AudioGate", "we", "us", "our") operates the audiogate.tech website and the AudioGate studio platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service. We are committed to your privacy and take your privacy concerns seriously. Our platform is built on state-of-the-art security protocols designed to preserve the privacy and security of your data.
2. Your Data
Your data belongs to you. We are committed to obtaining your explicit consent for any use beyond your immediate communication and session requirements. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when creating an account or using our services:
- Account information: email address, display name, and authentication credentials

- Technical data: browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers
4. Audio & Recording Data
AudioGate processes audio streams in real-time via WebRTC peer-to-peer connections. Audio data is transmitted directly between participants and is not stored on our servers. Per-track WAV recordings are saved locally on the host's device — we do not have access to your recordings.

- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To send account-related communications (confirmations, security alerts, updates)
- To monitor and analyze usage trends and connection quality
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse
The use of published contact information (email addresses, support channels) by third parties for sending unsolicited marketing materials is expressly prohibited.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Stripe — for payment processing
- Supabase — for authentication and database services
- Vercel — for hosting and content delivery
- TURN/STUN servers — for WebRTC connectivity (IP addresses only, no content)
7. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Session metadata is retained for 90 days for quality monitoring purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@audiogate.tech.
8. Security
This site and platform have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of information under our control. All connections are encrypted via TLS/DTLS-SRTP. Authentication tokens are securely managed through Supabase. However, your confidential use of this platform cannot be fully guaranteed. We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
9. Your Rights
